Positions Available

Waitstaff

We are looking for friendly and efficient wait staff to serve patrons at our establishment. Wait staff will be responsible for preparing tables, greeting and seating customers, making recommendations, taking orders, delivering food and drinks as well as accepting payments. To be successful as wait staff you should be able to provide customers with an outstanding experience. Top-notch wait staff should work well in a team and have excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

Greeting customers and showing them to their table.

Preparing tables, ensuring they are clean and fully set.

Maintaining knowledge of the complete menu, daily specials, and available items.

Presenting customers with the menu, informing them of daily specials, and taking orders.

Delivering food and beverages in a timely manner.

Attending tables and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Delivering checks and taking payments.

Handling customer complaints.

Strictly adhering to food, sanitary, and safety standards

Requirements

 Experience as wait staff, server or in a similar role preferred.

Experience operating a cash register and using ordering systems.

Strong interpersonal and listening skills.

Ability to maintain a positive attitude.

Excellent customer service skills.

Good physical condition.

Good team player.


Bartender/bar manager

We are looking for a professional, high-energy bartender with excellent communication skills to serve classical cocktails and exciting new beverages to our customers. The bartender will greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages and food. You will also upsell items, create recipes, utilize proper equipment and ingredients, and handle basic cleaning duties.

Responsibilities

Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.

Planning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages 

Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages

Checking identification to ensure customers are the legal age 

Taking inventory and ordering supplies 

Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.

Maintaining a clean work and dining area 

Developing new cocktail recipe

Requirements

High school diploma.

Meets minimum age to serve alcohol.

Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Positive, engaging personality, and professional appearance.

Basic math and computer skills.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong task and time management abilities.

Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs


Sous Chef

Our restaurant is searching for a creative and motivated sous chef to join our talented kitchen team. In this position, you will act as the second in command in our kitchen, following and enforcing our executive chef’s requirements and guidelines. Our ideal candidate is a creative professional who is willing to participate in creating delicious seasonal menus and meal designs. Your duties will include recruiting new employees, responding to customer issues, and developing new menu options.

Responsibilites

Develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer demand.

Assist with the preparation and planning of meal designs.

Ensure that kitchen activities operate in a timely manner.

Monitor and record inventory, and if necessary, order new supplies.

Provide support to junior kitchen employees with various tasks including line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating.

Adhere to and implement sanitation regulations and safety regulations.

Manage the kitchen team in the executive chef's absence

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices.

Good understanding of MS Office and restaurant software programs.

Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Dishwasher/bus person

We are looking for a dedicated, organized dishwasher who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced culinary environment. The dishwasher’s duties include removing soiled plates and flatware from tables, washing them thoroughly, and resetting tables in preparation for the next party. They may also restock items, unload delivery trucks, help prepare cook stations, clean appliances and machines, empty and clean trash receptacles, and other duties, as needed.

Responsibilities

Ensuring the availability of clean dishes by bussing tables, washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware, and resetting dining areas.

Preparing dining areas and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking dining areas and cook stations.

Cleaning machines and appliances used in the kitchen

Unloading and storing deliveries.

Sweeping and mopping floors

Taking out the trash and rinsing garbage cans.

Reporting kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes and procedures.

Requirements

 Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Exceptional time management skills.

Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts and lift at least 40 pounds.

Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures

Availability to work evenings and on weekends, including holidays.
